In order to manufacture and supply the goods with a cost-efficient and environment-friendly concept of manufacture within predetermined time limits, and to meet the determined goals.
An efficient quality management is applied in all manufacturing stages in order to ensure the compliance of the products with the specifications and standards and to maintain the permanence of a high-quality level.
The input inspections for the product input are carried out in the warehouse section with simple equipment and methods. 100% visual inspection is carried out by the operators, especially for manufacture and assembly processes.
Achievements and Certifications:
- Our firm Yilmasan received Free Circulation Certificate numbered QM 0000011176.1 from Daimler Chrysler on 24th April 1997 as a result of our quality standard, which improved gradually due to our attempts maintained since 1993.
- We improved our working standard and quality within the scope of the VDA Program (Daimler Chrysler Prozessaudit in Anlehnung an VDA Band 6 Teil 3 from 20.08-23.08.2002) and received the AB Certificate with 89 points as a result of the audit between the dates 20/08-23/08.
- Our firm was entitled to receive ISO-TS 16949:2002 TÜV certificate on 31st August 2004 as a result of the inspections carried out on 12th-13th-14th July.
